We verify and build
Your registration is checked against the CEA public register, then your page is built and tested on mobile.

Questions
Can two agents both take the same tool?
Yes. There is no territory lock. The tool is the same for everyone — what makes it yours is your name, your face and your CEA number on it, and where you choose to advertise it.
Does the price go up at renewal?
No. S$99 now, S$99 next year. Most hosting here advertises a low first term and raises it later. We don't, because you'll be comparing invoices with the agent sitting next to you.
Can I have more than one tool?
Yes — each tool is its own plan. One tool is S$99 a year, two is two plans. Most agents find one is enough, so start there.
Who owns the domain?
You do. On Own Domain it is registered with you as the registrant; on Director it is registered to your agency. If you stop renewing, you keep it and can take it anywhere.
My team has 12 agents. Should I take Director?
No. Twelve individual Agent plans cost S$1,188, less than Director. Director makes sense from about 20 agents upward, or sooner if you want one renewal date for everyone.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your page shows a temporary notice for 14 days rather than disappearing, so live ads and links you've already sent out don't break while you decide. After that it comes down, and you can export your captured contacts at any point.
Is my CEA information handled properly?
Your registration number, agency and agency licence number appear on every page and in every PDF, as CEA marketing rules require. We verify your registration against the public register before your page goes live.
What about my clients' personal data?
Contacts are only captured when a visitor ticks a consent box agreeing for you to contact them about their enquiry, in line with PDPA. You can export or delete that list at any time.
